Osmania University is a public university which was established in the year 1918. It is the third oldest university located in south India. This university is recognised by University Grant Commission (UGC) and re-accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council as ‘A+’ Grade University. Osmania University has over 720 affiliated colleges and 53 departments. It offers various UG, PG, PhD programmes in the field of Engineering, Law, Healthcare, Management, Science, Humanities, IT and Software etc.
