Parul University was established in the year 2015 under the Gujarat Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act. It is a private university offers 160 different undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degree programmes through 34 institutions across 21 wide streams.

The Parul University Baroda is recognized by the Ministry Council of India, Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, and AIU and accredited by NABH and Central Council of Homeopathy, Bar Council of India.
